Information PMMA collects

When you use the contact form, PMMA collects your name, work email, optional phone number, optional company, area of interest, and message. The contact form also stores the page you sent it from, the website that referred you to our site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. The scheduling provider collects the details you enter when booking. Our hosting platform collects basic first-party site statistics, such as page visits and site performance, in aggregate. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage support basic site functions and remember your cookie choice. The Cookie Policy below explains each type of cookie.

Why PMMA uses information

PMMA uses this information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, understand what a prospective client needs, and understand how visitors use the site. PMMA does not use customer or prospect information in AI systems without appropriate permission and safeguards.

How information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, scheduling, analytics, and email. Today these are our hosting provider, our email delivery service, and Calendly for scheduling. PMMA does not currently use a separate CRM or marketing platform for website inquiries. PMMA does not sell personal information. These providers receive information only as needed to provide their services.

Email and text messages

PMMA uses the contact details you provide only to reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation. PMMA does not send marketing emails, newsletters, or text messages to website visitors.

Cookie Policy

Strictly necessary cookies. Our hosting providers set cookies needed to deliver and secure the site: the Cloudflare __cf_bm cookie, which helps block automated bot traffic, and the hosting __dpl cookie, which serves the current version of the site. The site also uses local storage to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.

First-party site statistics. Our hosting platform provides basic site analytics that set a short session cookie (session-id, which expires after 30 minutes) and record visits and site performance in aggregate. This information helps keep the site working well. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Scheduler cookies. The scheduling calendar on the Contact page is provided by Calendly. It loads only after you accept cookies in the cookie notice or click Load scheduler. When it loads, Calendly sets its own cookies, and its payment partner Stripe sets cookies used for fraud prevention.

Optional analytics. Optional analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, load only after you click Accept in the cookie notice.

Changing your choice. You can accept or decline optional analytics in the cookie notice and change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

PMMA keeps each type of information only as long as the service that holds it keeps it, and we delete it sooner when you ask.

Contact form submissions are stored in our website database until we delete them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. After we delete a submission, it can remain in daily database backups for about 14 days.

Our email delivery service sends each submission to us and keeps its copy of the message and its delivery logs for 30 days. The copy that arrives in our own mailbox is kept until we delete it.

Calendly keeps the details you enter when booking until we delete them from our scheduling account. Calendly completes a deletion within 7 days of our request.

Our hosting platform records site statistics in aggregate. The random identifier for each visit is kept in the session cookie described in the Cookie Policy, which expires after 30 minutes. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs needed to run and secure the site for as long as it needs them and does not publish a fixed period.

Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it. Campaign tags from the link you followed stay in your browser only until you close the tab.
